Kurtis Stackpole brings a high level of discipline, precision, and technical expertise to his role as co-owner of Bio-One of South Shore. A native of Weymouth, MA, Kurtis laid his professional foundation in the HVAC-R program at Blue Hills Regional Technical High School before answering the call to service. From 2016 to 2020, he served as a radio operator in the United States Marine Corps, an experience that instilled in him the leadership and logistical "winging it" adaptability required to handle the most high-pressure environments. Following his service, Kurtis excelled as a manager in the logistics industry, honing the operational skills he now uses to lead the Bio-One field team.
In the field, Kurtis is known for his methodical approach and his ability to balance technical precision with genuine empathy. Whether he is navigating the strict protocols of an OSHA or working closely with a client in a difficult situation, his goal is always the same: to lift the weight of a traumatic situation off the family's shoulders. He views every job as a unique puzzle, utilizing his background in lead renovation and remediation to ensure every home is returned to a safe, healthy state. For Kurtis, the mission is complete only when the client feels a sense of relief and is ready for a fresh start.
Cameron Mughmaw is the co-owner of Bio-One of South Shore, a business built on the principle that compassion should always lead the way. An alumnus of Oakmont High School, Cameron’s professional background as a licensed Journeyman electrician and a logistics entrepreneur gave him a unique toolkit for high-stakes problem-solving. Today, he uses those skills to navigate the complexities of biohazard and hoarding remediation. Cameron views his role as more than just a service provider; he is a partner to his clients, often handling everything from the initial emotional walkthrough to the final insurance claim so that families can focus on healing.
For Cameron, the most rewarding part of his work is the moment of relief a family feels when an overwhelming burden is finally lifted. He believes that every job is unique and requires a custom "playbook" to ensure the best possible outcome for the homeowner. This dedication to excellence and authenticity is what sets his team apart. Outside of his professional life, Cameron is an avid golfer and a dedicated homesteader who finds balance working on his farm that he shares with his wife.
